Our Involvement

Deloitte’s internal team was struggling to create a system for seamless inventory management of some of their specialised hardware products. To design, build, and develop this platform, Deloitte approached Systango and Studio Fintech.

Studio Fintech helped Deloitte in creating an Inventory Management System called DesignSight with a complicated algorithm for rationalisation. Our team crafted a multi-utility platform that-

• Maintains inventories and supports accurate planning.
• Recommend products that can be swapped across multiple inventory systems based on a complex similarity algorithm. The recommendation algorithm had provision to allow exceptions and had rules definitions for trigger points.
